Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the WaGroupContacts extension and website (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
WaGroupContacts is an independent productivity tool that lets you export the member lists of WhatsApp groups you belong to. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for groups you are a member of and are permitted to export.
- Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and all applicable laws, including data-protection and anti-spam laws.
- Do not use exported data to send unsolicited messages, harass, or otherwise harm the people whose information you collect.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer, or resell the Service.
You are solely responsible for how you use the data you export and for having a lawful basis to process it.
3. Plans, billing & refunds
Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Because a Free plan is available to fully evaluate the Service before purchasing, all payments are final and non-refundable, and paid plans are not cancellable for a refund. We encourage you to use the Free plan first to confirm the Service fits your needs. Where mandatory consumer law grants you a non-waivable refund or withdrawal right, that right still applies.
4. Licenses & seats
A paid license is bound to your install(s) up to the seat count of your plan. Sharing a license beyond your plan's seats is not permitted, and licenses may be re-validated periodically.
5. Availability
Because the Service reads WhatsApp Web's interface, changes by WhatsApp may temporarily affect functionality. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its software are owned by us and provided under a limited, non-transferable right to use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will meet your requirements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for your misuse of exported data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data from within the extension.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
